Return Policy

We accept returns only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, or if the product arrives damaged or defective. Return requests must be submitted within 28 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. A $2 restocking fee applies to all mailed returns, but returns made in person at our Lindon, Utah location will not be charged a restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after the return is received and inspected. We do not offer exchanges or accept returns of opened skincare products for hygiene reasons.
