Cancellation Policy

Unexpected changes can arise, and we're here to help. If you encounter a true emergency, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation. However, last-minute cancellations disrupt our schedule and impact other clients seeking services. Our policies are designed to minimize disruptions and ensure our estheticians can efficiently manage their time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% service fee will be charged. This fee helps cover the time reserved for you, which could have been offered to another client.

No Show Policy

At Clover we strive to provide the highest level of care and service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone and maintain a smooth operation, we have implemented a no-show appointment policy. When an appointment is missed without prior notice, it impacts our ability to serve other clients who could have had that time. It also affects our scheduling efficiency and the valuable time of our Estheticians. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the full cost of the service. We provide courtesy reminders via phone, email, or text message prior to your appointment. These reminders are to help you keep track of your scheduled visit and to make any necessary adjustments in advance.

If you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied. At the beginning of your first service, your esthetician will present you with your Clover Club Punch Card. Keep it safe and bring it with you to every appointment. At the end of each service, present your Clover Club Punch Card to your esthetician. They will punch your card to indicate your visit and track your progress. Once your card is filled, simply bring it to Clover Skin, and we'll help you select your complimentary product!
