Questions we hear most
Is this a retinol?
This uses AlphaRet technology, which combines a retinoid with lactic acid. It delivers similar results to traditional retinol but is designed to be more tolerable.
Will this irritate my skin?
Most people tolerate it very well compared to standard retinol products. If you’re new, start a few nights per week and build up as your skin adjusts.
What does this help with?
It improves the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven tone, and skin texture, leaving skin smoother and more even-looking.
Will this break me out?
Retinoids (like retinol) help to increase cell turnover and with that, some patients may experience a period of congestion which generally subsides with continued use. We recommend consulting with your medical provider to discuss your individual skin care needs and any potential skin responses when using a Retinoid.
Is this pregnancy safe?
Retinoids and certain active ingredients are generally not recommended during pregnancy. We always recommend checking with your doctor to determine what’s best for you.
